Welcome to Revolt Studio! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all class bookings, memberships, events, and services provided by Revolt Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a class, attending an event, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All classes, memberships, and packages must be booked and paid for in advance through our booking platform or in-studio.

  • Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellation Policy: Class cancellations must be made at least [X hours] before the start time to avoid late cancellation fees or loss of class credit.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling will result in forfeiture of that class credit or a fee, depending on your membership type.

  • For special events or workshops, separate cancellation terms may apply.

3. Memberships & Class Packs

  • Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Expiration dates are set at the time of purchase and cannot be extended except for medical reasons with valid documentation.

  • Revolt Studio reserves the right to adjust membership pricing and benefits with reasonable notice.

4. Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and medically fit to participate in our classes.

  • You must inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before class begins.

  • Participation is at your own risk. Revolt Studio is not liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition arising from your participation.

  • Proper attire and footwear must be worn at all times unless otherwise specified.

5. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons.

  • Phones should be silenced during class; filming is permitted only in designated areas and in compliance with our Filming Policy.

  • Respect fellow members, instructors, and staff. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

  • Cleaning is everyone’s responsibility—wipe down equipment after use.

6. Photography, Filming & Marketing

  • We may occasionally take photos or videos in the studio for marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be included, please notify staff before class.

  • By attending events or classes without opting out, you grant Revolt Studio the right to use your image in marketing materials without compensation.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Lockers are provided for convenience. Bring your own lock or purchase one in-studio.

  • Revolt Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

8. Events & Brand Partners

  • For certain events, your information may be shared with brand partners solely for event-related purposes.

  • By participating, you agree to these event-specific terms.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All class names, programs, routines, and materials are the property of Revolt Studio and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
