PARKING
146 Hekili Lot: 2 guest stalls infront of our store, or 1 on the right side “SUITE 101”
NO PARKING ON THE LEFT SIDE PLEASE
Lau Hala Shopping Center (Down to Earth) has 2 hour free parking or street parking. Walk thru the passage in the back of the lot.
Whole Foods/Longs lot.
Street parking/ Pieology lot.
WHAT TO BRING?
Mat Towel, and water bottle.
Mat Towels are REQUIRED.
$2 Rental or Purchase available.
*STUDIO POLICIES*
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in and get ready for your class. Classes begin on time and doors lock 5 minutes after start. * NO EXCEPTIONS*
FILMING
Yes, but please be respectful of others.
CANCELLATION
Less than 8 hours before class starts will result in loss of credit and $15 fee.
Exception: moving into another class same or next day if same day is waitlisted. Please call the studio directly to do this change.
NO SHOW
No show, no cancel will result in loss of credit and $25 fee.
MATS + MAT TOWELS
We provide a complimentary mat during your class.
Mat Towels are required. $2 Rental or purchase available on our website (login), app or at the front desk.
INDOOR CYCLING SHOES
We have a dual pedal, you are more than welcome to strap in using your own sneakers, or rent a pair of SPD clip-ins for $2.
CHILDREN
For the safety and experience of all guests, unattended children are not permitted in the studio at any time. Children are only permitted in the studio during designated Mama x Mini or Prenatal classes.
For private events, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to the studio before or during your scheduled class.
Children are welcome to join you after your private class has concluded, but may not be present during class time for safety and liability reasons.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
What is the membership commitment?
All memberships require a minimum 4-month commitment. Cancellations and medical pauses are permitted only after the initial 4-month period has been completed.
If you choose to cancel your membership before completing the initial 4-month commitment, the remaining balance of the agreement will remain on your account. This balance must be paid in full prior to returning to the studio.
Do unused classes roll over?
No. Unused classes do not roll over into the next billing cycle.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Do late cancel and no-show fees apply to members?
Yes. All members are required to follow studio late cancel and no-show policies. Applicable fees apply the same as regular class credits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes. All membership changes must be requested prior to your next billing date.
If I cancel and rejoin later, will my rate stay the same?
No. Members who cancel and renew at a later date will enroll at the current studio pricing at the time of reactivation.
Will Grand Opening, Intro, or Founders rates be reinstated?
No. Promotional pricing is a one-time offering and will not be reinstated once a membership is canceled.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZES
Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons only. A valid doctor’s note is required for all freeze requests.
Freezes are permitted up to two (2) times per calendar year.
Members may select a freeze duration of 1, 2, or 3 months.
Any freeze request exceeding 3 months will be processed as a cancellation.
Approved medical pauses may be granted for up to 60 days unless otherwise approved with updated documentation.
Freezes are not available for:
• Vacation or travel
• Short-term off-island visits
• Schedule gaps or convenience
This policy ensures fairness to all members and supports consistent studio operations.
