PARKING

• Park in our lot for 6am class and after 5pm.

• Lau Hala Shopping Center (Down to Earth) has 2 hour free parking or street parking. Walk thru the passage in the back of the lot.

• Whole Foods/Longs lot.

• Plenty of street parking.

WHAT TO BRING?

Mat Towel, and water bottle.

*Mat Towels are REQUIRED. $2 Rental or Purchase available.

POLICIES

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in and get ready for your class. Classes begin on time and doors lock 2 minutes after start.

FILMING

Yes, but please be respectful of others.

CANCELLATION

Less than 8 hours before class starts will result in loss of credit and $15 fee.

NO SHOW

No show, no cancel will result in loss of credit and $25 fee.

MATS + MAT TOWELS

Bring your own mat or borrow ours. Mat Towels are required. $2 Rental or purchase available on our website (login), app or at the front desk.
